Downlights and LED Upgrades
Downlight installation is one of the most common residential lighting jobs we do. Whether you are fitting out a new home, renovating, or replacing dated halogen fittings, we install recessed LED downlights cleanly and without unnecessary damage to ceilings.
Halogen to LED retrofits reduce energy consumption significantly, typically by 75 to 80 percent per fitting, and remove the heat load that halogens put into the ceiling cavity. Most LED downlights also carry a longer warranty than the halogens they replace.
Feature and Pendant Lighting
Pendant lights, chandeliers, and decorative fittings require correct ceiling fixings, appropriate wiring, and in many cases a new circuit or circuit extension. We handle the electrical work, you supply the fitting or we can advise on what will work for the location.
We also install dimmer switches and smart lighting controls where required. Not all LED fittings are compatible with all dimmers, we confirm compatibility before installation.
Outdoor and Garden Lighting
Outdoor lighting needs to be rated for the environment, IP-rated fittings for wet areas, UV-stable cabling, and correct earthing. We install path lighting, garden feature lighting, security lighting, and external wall and soffit lights.
Commercial Lighting
We carry out lighting installations and upgrades in commercial premises including offices, warehouses, retail spaces, and common areas in strata buildings. LED panel replacements, high-bay upgrades, emergency and exit light installations, we quote and complete these as one-off jobs or as part of a scheduled maintenance program.

Yes. Most customers supply their own fittings. We install what you provide, provided it is a compliant fitting suitable for the location. If you are unsure whether a fitting is appropriate, send us the details before we attend.
Yes. Installing or replacing hard-wired light fittings is electrical work under Victorian law and must be performed by a licensed electrician.
Not all LEDs are dimmable, and not all dimmers are compatible with all LEDs. If you want dimmable lighting, confirm the fitting is rated as dimmable and that we install a compatible dimmer switch. We check this before ordering or installing.
Pricing depends on the number of fittings and whether new circuits or wiring runs are required. Most residential downlight jobs, four to eight fittings, are completed in a few hours. Contact us for a quote.
Yes. We can wire outdoor lighting to a timer, a dusk-to-dawn sensor, or a motion sensor. The control type is discussed at the quote stage.
